2. Qatalum Project - Smelter

The project calls for the construction of 1.2 million tons per annum (mtpa) aluminium smelter. The project also includes 1,250 Megawatt (MW) gas fired power plant, 220 kilovolt (KV) substation and 400 kilovolt (KV) grid connection. The scope also includes Administration Buildings & workshop, Pot Room Building, Storage Facilities, Seawater System, Carbon and Alumina off loading and storage silos, Offsite and Utilities, Process Water System, potable Water System, Fire Water System, Gas Distribution System, Compressed Air System, Sewage System Waste Treatment and housing for 1,100 employees and their families. Additionally, a total of 441 accommodation units and a number of community areas will be built in the village. A mosque will be constructed at the centre of the complex with a number of accommodation plots around it. Each plot will have two canteens with food supplied from one large central kitchen located at another part of the village. The village will also have its own mini-market. |

3. Al Shaheen Refinery

The scope of work includes the design, engineering and construction of a new crude oil refinery with a capacity of 250,000 barrels per day (bpd) in Mesaieed. The refinery has a 51,000 b/d desulphurisation unit, a 60,000 b/d catalytic cracker and a 30,000 b/d gas unit. The refinery will process crude from the offshore Al Shaheen development, and produce distillates, bitumen and green coke, as well as other hydrocarbon derivatives. |

4. Qatar Power Transmission Network Phase 9 - 54 Substations

5. New Doha Port - Phase 1
Client: Higher Committee for the Co-ordination & Pursuance Executive Council

The project calls for design and construction of 20 sq km New Doha Port located on offshore land, approximately 5km east of the new international airport. Scope of work will includes five general cargo terminals and berths, four container terminals and berths, a roll-on/roll-off (RO/RO) berth, an administration and customs complex as well as a berthing area for tugs and pilot boats. The new port will be linked to the mainland by 8.5 km bridge. The New Doha Port will have a far greater cargo handling capacity, with each of the new container terminals able to handle 2 million 20-foot-equivalent units(TEU's) annually, a 15 metre-deep approach channel to the port, an 8-13.5 metre-deep harbour basin, and berths for general cargo, the Qatari and visiting navies, and emiri yachts. Scope of work also include dredging a sea channel that will link to the existing sea channel for the nearby Messaeid Industrial City (MIC). |

6. QatarGas - Train 7 - Onshore

The scope of work includes the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of a single 7.8 million tons per annum (mtpa) Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant, loading, storage and associated works. The scope of work will be similar to trains 4, 5 and 6. The processing plant will consist of a gas receiving unit, acid gas removal unit, dehydration unit, gas chilling & liquefaction, refrigeration and nitrogen (N2) rejection unit, sulphur recovery unit and fractionation unit. |

The project calls for design and construction of 3.6 million square meters (sq.m.) golf residential development located within the Lusail development to the north of Doha. Scope of work will include 3,200 residential units centred around a Greg Norman golf course and Chris Evert tennis academy, mosques, schools, shopping mall and medical centres. Residential units will have high-end villas, townhouses and low-rise apartments. Land area for Golf course will be 1.5 million square meters (sq.m.). |

The project calls for the design and construction of 1.25 million square meters (sq. m.) of Al Waab City in Qatar. The project will comprise 639 villas; 7 storeys apartments; 88,000 square metres (sq. m.) of retail space; a world class 200 rooms hotel & 300,000 square metres (sq. m.) car parking area. The development is located along Salwa and Al Bustan Road, 10 kilometres (km.) from the cornice. |
